How was your experience with our FeM Surgery team?
Dr Felicia and her nurses were friendly and encouraging. It’s almost like having close friends with me during my whole journey. Today, we are still in touch and able to share anything and everything about our lives. They are very close to my heart.
What have you learned on your journey?
I have learned to face my challenges and never give in to cancer. Having done mastectomy on both my breasts, I have learned to accept it and never felt less as a woman. I am grateful to have a supportive husband who accepts me unconditionally. Keeping healthy is very important – exercising and keeping fit has become a part of my life.

What would you like to say to someone else who might be going through a difficult time?
Keeping positive is imperative. Positive thinking, will lead to a positive result. Always keep in mind, the storm and rain may not be bad. It makes one grow stronger. When the sun shines again, we will appreciate it even more.
