Our third story follows a man who believes that we should always have trust in the process!
George Lim was diagnosed with chronic cholecystitis in November and found our team through a doctor’s referral. He was then treated by our surgical expert Dr. Tan Yu-Meng. With strength and hope, George is now well on his way to full recovery!
How was your experience with our FeM Surgery Team?
I was diagnosed with chronic cholecystitis (gallbladder inflammation) in November and I knew I had to seek help. That’s when I discovered FeM Surgery through a doctor’s referral. The first time I met with Dr. Tan, he patiently explained to me the possibilities of my condition. I was very clear of the process and the procedure. The nurses were attentive to me, especially when I had a critical condition before being warded, they quickly responded to me. I was prioritised by the team at FeM Surgery.
During the whole journey, Dr. Tan had proven to me that an experienced doctor is indeed crucial, especially with my critical condition. His team has given me their undivided attention. He gave be great advice and managed to successfully turn my condition around.

What have you learned on your journey?
Patient, attentive and experienced. I am grateful for the doctors and nurses at FeM Surgery. I was determined to recover and put my trust in the team. A good and experienced doctor will always provide holistic care!

I would want them to trust the doctor and be patient. Always have hope.
